Sussex, Oxfordshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Waverly in Surrey, Hampshire, eliminating New Forest and parts of Essex currently not in tier four will all enroll the most prominent rank on 26 December.

Some orbits will too move into tier 3, including Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset – but not North Somerset.
